I like what you did you with this my only concern is the left leg. The kneecap portion needs to show the top part looking down on it. Unless you intended for the leg to be like that?

One thing you can do is to work on proportions one way you can do this is by making two horizontal tick marks. They will tell you how tall you can make your drawing. When drawing from a reference it is important you look at the reference and decide how big you want it. Once you do that draw one tick at the bottom and one at the top do the ticks lightly in pencil to so you can easily erase them. Then work on the drawing and don't let it go beyond those two tick marks.

I like the way your arranged the text good choice. So what kind of manga is it if it is a zombie Apocalypse then you could have one chasing this group. I am just trying to figure what this scene is about.
